Cha'ak'ab Bonnie Jones traveled to Yucatan, Mexico to collaborate with Mexican writers, performers, and musicians as part of the 2009 Ch'ak'ab Paaxil Festival. The project included two weeks of collaborative art making between Jones and Mexican electronic musicians, performers, and writers during the public concerts
associated with the festival, private music sessions, and additional site-specific events.
