Meet the Composer

The Pulitzer Prize winning composer, Yehudi Wyner’s work will be a Trio for Clarinet, Cello and Piano especially composed for Richard Stoltzman, Lynn Harrell and Robert Levin. Combined, these performers have won an aggregate of four Grammys. Mr. Wyner will tailor the work to the capabilities of these renowned musicians: Stolzman’s jazz inflections, Harrell’s pinpoint sensitivity resting on oak-like power, and Levin’s virtuosic brilliance, both technical and interpretative.
