Martin Bresnick

Double Entendre Music Ensemble has commissioned Martin Bresnick to write an oboe quartet, a piece for oboe, violin, viola, and cello. Bresnick’s piece, Going Home, is an homage to the instrument (oboe) while honoring the remarkable works of Mozart, Schumann, Berio and others.
