Wagenings Orkest Sonante Composer Stemper requested travel funding to enable him to attend the premiere of a new orchestra work, which was commissioned by the Wagenings Orkest in Holland. In addition to the premiere, the orchestra's Board of Directors had asked Frank Stemper to be on hand for the final rehearsals prior to the performance, in order to work with the orchestra's interpretation of the piece, and participate in a few composer/audience interactions.
