Eve Beglarian

The Tribeca New Music Festival commissions composer Eve Beglarian to write her piece Pump Music which will be a 15 minute work for violin, trombone quartet, and electronically transformed recordings of hand pumps that she has collected in campgrounds while traveling down the Mississippi River in 2009. The world premiere is anticipated to take place in May of 2012 at the Cell Theater in New York City.
