Meet the Composer

Broken Visual Novel will be a new repertory dance created by choreographer Doug Varone with an original score by composer, percussionist and sound designer David Van Tieghem. Varone will create a work centered on the motif of a single hanging lamp over the stage, sometimes changed by position or brightness, as different scenes, perspectives, emotions and expressions are played out in scenes beneath it.
