Bringing together composers, performers and community for three days of relaxing and enjoyable interaction, beautiful weather, and powerful performances of intense modern music.

soundON 2009 will feature the works of Stuart Saunders Smith, fusing complexity and indeterminacy, new works by Christopher Burns and Nathan Brock, winning works by from the 2009 call for scores by Jeff Herriott, Stefan Weisman and Peter Swendsen, the complexist masterpiece Recoil by our newest member, cellist and composer Franklin Cox, and works by Alex Mincek, Brian Ferneyhough, Franco Donatoni, Elliott Carter, Trevor Grahl and more!

Guest performers will include violinist Mark Menzies, guitarist Pablo Gomez, performance artist Phillip Skaller and conductor Nicholas Deyoe.
