Meet the Composer

In order to assess the effectiveness of the program and assist in fundraising, we ask that you complete this survey. Please e-mail your responses to Meet The Composer (reports@meetthecomposer.org) two weeks after the event or project has been completed. You will not be eligible to participate in this program again until a completed survey is received. Thank you for your considered responses.

In the body of an e-mail please answer the following questions—you may go through the questions numerically or compose an uninterrupted response that addresses all the points herein:

1. List the composer name, Hosting Organization name and event date(s)
2. Briefly describe your participation in the sponsored event or residency.
3. Did the hosting organization provide adequate resources for the performance of your work and other activities? If not, please describe the shortcomings and how Meet The Composer could help alleviate such problems.
4. How did participating in the MetLife Creative Connections program enhance the creation and presentation of your work?
5. Do you feel the event or project sponsored by this program represented a significant career boost? If so, please describe how
