Karim Al-Zand

The Fontana Chamber Arts series presents the Enso String Quartet, joined by Abhijit Sengupta, viola, and Julia Sengupta, cello, performing Karim Al-Zand's Lamentation on The Disasters of War for string sextet. For two days prior to the concert Mr. Al-Zand will be in Kalamazoo and appearing at a number community events and free performances. Highlights include a master class for Western Michigan University composition students and faculty and a family-friendly concert at the Kalamazoo Public Library.
