From March 24 through March 28, 2010, the Friends of Women Composers Society presents the 2010 Hartford Women Composers Festival with special guest composers Marie Incontrera and Cherise Leiter. The Festival features numerous performances of music, new and old, by women composers representing a wide range of styles, history and genres. The guest composers, in addition to speaking to audiences, will also conduct a special workshop for young women composers providing insight, encouragement and experience.
